Prostate deterioration after rezume

I went to a urologist for a weak urine flow and erectile disfunction after trying meditation to help my flow which didn't work he recommended a Rezum procedure and said it's a great procedure I watch a video and said this is what I need. First the procedure was very painful but it open my urine flow and my Ed was get a little better however about 28 to 30 days later I started to bleed badly with major blood clots. This is the most painful thing I've ever felt. I couldn't urinate but it felt like I had to go so bad but the only thing that came out was massive clots. So I went the emergency room were I had to wait in pain for at least 6 hours for my doctor to show up for supposedly emergency surgery which by then I wanted to be put under. So I thought the surgery went well I was released the next day. And 2 weeks later I was back for same thing this time I had to get 2 transfusions because my prostate deteriorated so much within 3 hours I back for Morphin but the pain was so great it didn't last for more then 10 minutes. I had to be intabated for 12 hours I had to ware and adult diaper for 5 months hell I still leak on my self if I don't my sure every drop is out. I can't get an erection or ejaculate. Pills aren't working my Doctor says he doesn't know when my prostate deteriorated I say bull. can anyone help me no why this happened.
