Prostate play safety after PAE

Two years out from a not very successful PAE.

My wife and I have been always adventurous sexually and prostate play was part of our routine before the operation. We are interested in resuming, but I'm worried that this might be dangerous due to the nature of PAE, given that the ceramic beads that have been introduced into the arteries feeding the prostate might dislodge and possible cause a thrombosis.

I see nothing whatsoever in the literature about this. I also suspect that it might be a question from people who have had Urolift.

Looking for speculations/ recommendations on the safety of resuming our fun.

I had PAE in 2013, which was not very successful probably because of my enlarged median lobe. I asked the doctor who performed the PAE if the beads could become dislodged and travel somewhere else in the body. He said "those beads take a one way trip into the prostate".
