Prostate surgery

After four biopsies and a running 10 PSA for seven years i went on flo and shrinker meds. I drip urine and after ejaculating I have about 6-8 hours of irritating pressure in the rear. Sitting on the can helps. Anyone deal with this. No Doctor can explain the pain. My UCLA doctor suggested TURP. Sounds brutal! Have heard all bad about Urolift and nothing on Greenlight laser. Anyone had any procedures or this type of pain?
