hi it looks like ive finally got a diagnosis of prostatitis which has big connections with anxiety has anyone had any experience of this and any advise

Hi, I'm sorry to see that you didn't get any replies for so long. I have pain quite deep in my back passage which I think may be due to prostatitis, and it's made life very difficult. Feel very systemically unwell (malaise, fatigue, shakes, chills etc) and it does indeed make me feel very anxious and depressed regarding my health (among other things). I've been started on 10mg of citalopram for this. Hod have you gotten on with the prostatitis diagnosis? I hope that you get this message, and I wish you well.
