Prostatitis or What?

18 days ago I masturbated and then worked  out afterward and rubbed the urethra hole on my penis pretty raw.  There was blood in my underwear and the tip was very sore.  A small scab developed in the area and it looked like it was beginning to heal.  3 days later I had sex with my wife and again the next night.  3 days after having sex I woke up with a funky feeling after urinating.  All that day I had the urge to urinate more often and had an uncomfortable feeling in my penis.  Now, 11 days after symptoms have appeared I am still feeling as though I cannot get all the urine out when I pee.  I don't have back pain or fever and I saw a doctor four days ago who tested me for a UTI and the results were negative.  My penis has also seemed to be more withdrawn and I am no longer getting an erection in the mornings.  I can still achieve an erection but it takes some work on my part to achieve.  Wondering if anyone has had similar syptoms and what it could be??  Very worried and ready to feel back to normal.

I think your sexual avtivity, injury and your discomfort are largely unconnected. It's easy to think consecutive events are causally related. You may have some inflammation at the bladder neck. It's unlikely to be serious, but only time will tell. You don't say your age, which is often a very important factor, especially with erection changes. It's good you saw your doctor. I suggest you wait and see how things go, and maybe it will resolve with time. If not, of course go back to her/him.

Also, the urethra hole (penis) is sensitive when it rubs against my underwear or any clothing.  Thoughts?

I don't know what your problem is, but as for me, I always used to feel that I couldn't get all the urine out.  As it turned out, I had a bladder that was flacid, and so it didn't have the muscle to push the urine out. I am doing cic, and now all the urine is drained from the bladder. What a great feeling to be able to have a completely empty bladder!  Hope you find the answer to your problem.

The sensitivity seems to have started with that work-out. It should heal soon, but meanwhile maybe try different underwear, or even a small-size condom that might stay on when flaccid could protect your meatus?

You have irritated the pelvic nerves by damaging the penis through abrasion. Something called allodynia can happen. Google "nerves allodynia prostatitis" for more info.
