prozac

so new to these meds. took 10mg prozac for 1 week with no side effects, second week felt horrible, third week the clouds parted and I felt awesome. fourth week up dose to 20 mg and felt horrible so went back to 10mg 5 days ago. now I am feeling like I am vibrating inside and brain fog

does anyone know if this is due to reduced meds or is it the anxiety? my family doctor knows nothing and my cat therapist says she has no information on the drugs. I'm worried
