About an hour before I go to bed. It causes insomnia for some people to be taken at night. But if that happens talk to your doctor about being prescribed trazadone along side your Prozac. It's an antidepressant that is meant to be taken at night. It helps enhance your current antidepressant and make it work better. Prozac was not working for me until I started taking 25mg of trazadone every night. Which is a one of the lowest doses you can take which tells you that it's the real deal

I know you said you took your medicine at night I do too that's why I wanted to ask if you had any sick stomach in the morning.

When I first started taking it, I took it in the mornings but found that I felt knocked out by mid-morning. After a couple of weeks my GP recommended that I try taking it at bedtime.  This works better for me and I find that my sleep patterns have gradually improved.
