Prozac Bridge for coming off antidepressants

I'm just wondering who here has tried to come off of antidepressants using a Prozac bridge?  How was it done?  Did you succeed?  Did you have withdrawal in the process?  Did you stay on Prozac or come off of it, too?

    I did come off prozac a couple of years ago, I took it for a little over a year, I was on 20mg, so how I did it was, I took it every other day for over a month, then did 10mg, every other day, and then stop, but I was feeling good, no withdrawal symptoms, but you should always consult with your doctor.
