    Hello

How is your side effects? i know its hard to go through it. i was so frustrated and scared since i felt no positive effect till around 7-8 weeks. please be patient and stick to it. For me, the first sign for FLU to kick in was "reducing anxiety" particularly in the morning.

I still have anxiety, especially in the morning, but i think it might be starting to get a little lighter. Morning anxiety is really difficult because it lasts almost all day.

      Hi again

Yes "less anxious" was the first sign for me to know FLU stated working. But it was such a slow progress. As you say, I remember "morning terror" continued for a whole but it'll be less and less slowly. You came to this point.... please stay strong and patient!!!!!!!

    Hi, Deb.

I definitely had increased anxiety in the early days with the shakiness. I never had shakiness before so it was a bit unnerving, but it eventually passed as I got used to the medication. Shortly after the 4th week the anxiety stopped and around the 6th week the shakiness stopped. By week 8 I felt fantastic. I am on week 10 now and feel so great. People are noticing and commenting on how different I seem. It is such a relief to wake up and know that I don't have to have anxiety all day. I also had a lot of other side effects that were disturbing that eventually went away. I really had to talk myself in to sticking with it!

Hang in there because it is worth it!
