Hi Just had a particularly bad night and glad to find I'm not alone in this although you feel alone. I have had this problem for over a year now and after trying worm treatments which worked for a few days I'm struggling for answers. As you have all said it's hard to go to the doctor and if they can't help why bother. I'm going to try to lay off tomatoes as I eat a lot of them and use them in cooking. I'll let you know.

A helpful tip for itchiness especially at night is Savlon or E45 itch relief cream. It's not a cure but helps stop the itching. I've run out and really needed it last night. Hope this helps. :D

Dietary exclusons didn't help me. I won't repeat my solution as it is available here on the forum--as are many others that worked for other suffers. What a mystery ailment! M.D.s can't agree on what causes it, and the suffers find relief in a variety of ways! By the way, I love tomatoes. I grow them and eat them every chance I get.
