I have a Gleason score of 3+4=7 and my PSA has gone from 6 to 30 in a year while considering treatment options. Recent trials have stated that delaying treatment for a year has no difference in overall mortality. I want to do Proton therapy but now I'm worried it may be too late as it may of spread. should I be worried?
