PSA keeps going down does this mean anything?

I have no prostrate problems but blood test showed a PSA of 7. Biopsy showed gleason 3+4 which is better than a 4+3 but still ads up to seven.
3 months later the PSA was at 4.7. Three months after that it is a 4.1. 63 years old I feel great hard to believe I am sick. Depending on doctors some want to cut others want to nuke, some want to cut and nuke and drug. Bone scan (2) MRI, CT etc etc all show neg. scheduled brachytherapy in two weeks but now getting cold feet...should I go for it or wait? Thanks

One thing you do have is time. A study into the effects of delaying treatment showed that the overall outcome was no different from those who delayed and those who didn't. Surprisingly, this was also true for those with aggressive PCa. If I were in your position I would not be going down the cut/nuke/drug route. Have a read of some of the other threads to get a balanced view. All the best.
