Pseudoexfoliation Glaucoma

I have pseudo exfoliation syndrome now with glaucoma and have to use Dorzolamide Timolol eye drops and Bimaiprost daily.

My vision is gradually getting poorer as now have an intraocular lens which has dislocated due to the PEX.

I'm being seen at my NHS Hospital and have also seen a glaucoma surgeon who says i need a pars planta vitrectomy ...

My eye pressure last month was 21 & now 28.

i would be grateful for an opthamologists opinion or another patient who has/had similar experiences. Thank you.
