psoriasis guttate

I have had psoriasis guttate for 1.5 months now, its horrible, all over my body, nothing helps the itching, and its not getting any better,

I started light theraphy a week ago 3 times a week, but dont see any change yet. everyone says stay calm,,, how is it possible when my whole body is covered,,,,,,,

anyhow that is over it has some estimates on times? or when it started to get better did it feel different? look different?

    I have guttate psoriasis but cannot have any more light treatment. It is a wait and see when you have light treatment. I am having tests to go on bio`s that is injections not looking forward to them.

    After my first lot I noticed a change within 3 weeks and it cleared it completely for nearly 2 years. My second round wasn't as successful, it took longer to work and didn't clear it all up, it definitely helped though. 

    I'm due to start again soon.

      I am on my third session after only 8 months. Having tests soon as I am down for injections, last resort treatment.
