I also have had this problem ,I find dovobet ointment good plus I use body shops ginger shampoo as it doesn't irritate it.
I have had psoriasis 24 years so have spent a long time trying to find out how to treat it ,I find strawberrys, tomatoes, cream, cheese to name a few things that triggers a flare up .oh and I use coconut oil on skin and nails as this appears to be good for them.hope this helps.

there are so many different treatments available. Are you seeing a dermatologist? If not, getting a referral ASAP. There are ointments, pills, light treatments and biological meds. It will depend on the severity and how it affects you psychologically, as it's on your face. Good diet makes a huge difference for me, basically lots of fruit and veg, low or no dairy and avoid night shades (tomatoes, aubergine, peppers, chillis) and white potatoes. I cannot manage without milk and don't like soya or almond so I've converted to goat products, milk, cheese etc. I believe that there are soaps and skin creams which may help but I've not tried. Also, I've cut down on caffeine, red meat and no orange juice.

I've only drunk or eaten goat products. So I cannot comment on specific goats milk moisturising products. Myself? I just use Hydromol, non fragant, greasy as lard but marvellous for psoriasis!

Hydromol ointment. Very thick, petroleum based, fragrance free. Comes in a large tub. I getting it on prescription. Each night I plaster it on and cover with Icthapaste bandages (fish oil). Messy, very soothing and fantastic for lifting scale and reducing fissures. It's going to bed tricking on your forehead, I would cover with a disposable shower cap or cling film. Don't suffocate yourself 😨
