Psoriatic arthritis

hi i have had psoriasis for many years now an over the last year i have been getting a lot of pain in a lot of different joints an some days the pain is so bad i cannot do anything so i made an appointment to see a doctor an she referred me to see specialist at hospital an after an exam an x rays he has told me i have pssoriatic arthritis i have severe foot pain on most days severe shoulder an elbow pain very sore finger ends an toes with what doctor said is pitting of nails in toes and fingers an have lost a lot of range of motion in my right shoulder the pain there is excruciating has anyone got any advice that could help because this is really getting me down an affecting in a big way any advice would really appreciate it thanks

    Follow the advice given by the doctor diligently. There are some home remedies that will make the condition bearable by mitigating the pain. However, continue medications to be on top of the disease.
