Go see him or her. It's healthy.

I agree with samantha 60074  It is healthy to talk about what is bothering you with a professional.  He or she may give you a different way of looking at things

I couldn't live without my therapist. He helps me with my other personalities and is really good with all of us. I also see a psychiatrist for meds but see a psychotherapist for emdr, brain spotting and just talk therapy.

psychologist I would talk to they cannot prescribe meds (which i am having trouble with, misdiagnosed) but they are pretty good people to talk to usually.  What is Zopiclone?  anyway, they are like counselors but they might have more schooling and possibly know more about moods.  Good Luck.    You suffer from what I believe I do but I was diagnosed with Major Depression and being treated with meds for that

I agree you should go. If it doesn't work outnor help it hasn't made you any worse. I think with how you are feeling anything is worth a try. Good luck
