    crisistextline.org        if you are in the US these people will help you, it's a nonprofit, they will talk you through what you're going through and all you have to do is text from your phone, no phone chatting. Consider this if you feel up to it, or just message me in my inbox.

    Hi Andrea I hope you haven't given up....there is a future for you...I am in a very difficult situation with complex grief issue...I have mentally ground to a halt....I can't clearly see my future but it's there alright....life is too precious to give up on..it's just finding the right treatment..or specialist counsellor...I live in North Wales please ring or tx
