getting paranoid of physciatrust first tells me i have physcosis ptsd n bi polar then stops meds as think i had mini stroke went to see him other day was in a calm mood but thats bi polar i can be on a high then bang hit a low whatvis going on going doc tomorrow as been geeling aggressive angry n distraught

I would get a second opinion. It doesn't sound like your current Psychiatrist is listening. Write down in a journal all your symptoms you feel daily. I don't understand why your Psychiatrist would stop your meds cold turkey if I am understanding correctly. Do you have a case manager? That could be dangerous stopping your medications instead of weaning you off of them, I hope you can find a better Doctor and feel better soon.
