Puffiness either side of my nose. How to get rid?

I’ve had it for a while now (can’t remember how long exactly - maybe a year or two), where my skin is quite puff/swollen either side of my nose, but on my face, particularly my right side. It especially shows up when I smile in pictures. I’m only 27 and it’s making me not want any photos taken. 

Does anyone have any idea what could have caused this and how I can get rid of it please?

    Meant to say it’s on my face, not on my actual nose, if that makes sense.

    Without a picture, it's kinda hard to know what it is you're trying to describe. But you might have to see a dermatologist.
