hi need info please !! i either pulled or strained a muscle in my back 3 weeks ago it is on the left side tired deep freeze no good !! tired volatire no good tired paratecmol no good wondering if anyone has advice tired heated seat made it hurt please any info also my job invloes pushing heavy trolleys around a shop so pulled it again
