Hi Heidi I have had fibromyalgia for over 20 years I get a tingling and numb feeling in the back of my head when I have been sat at the computer and also I wear glasses and they can become very uncomfortable to wear at times.

If a magic wand could help, I would give it to you.

You have muscles on the back of your head and your neck too. They can definitely spasm.

What are your doing when this occurs?

There is something called TENS units. They are inexpensive . I would stay with the less expensive ones. Look into this.  It can massage, knead, send tiny impulses to your neck..back. And relax you. If you ever find a magic wand please share and pm me hahahahaha.
