can high pressure in the pulmonary artery be because of graves disease or overactive thyroid i had echo scan 6 months ago showed high pressure but recently had another echo scan to see if the findings are the same but have not had results back my pressure was 57 last time but it should be between 15 and 30 so can it go away on it's own ther saying i might have pulmonary hypertension or pah the rare one
