Pulsatile Tinnitus Only when moving my head ..

hi last 7 weeks i noticed a swishing sound in my right ear for like 2 or 5 seconds . i put my finger in my ear and pop it the swishing stops .... it happend a few times ...

now my left ear makes a swishing sound with my heart beat ... but only when standing postion and i bend over with my head between legs it will swish ....

so its never 24/7

oh if i put a q tip in right or left ear ckean it out my ear with kind of pulsate a littil just for a second ...

is all pulsating tin 24/7 ????

any ideas ????
