pulsating dizziness for days on end

Hi everyone.

the last 3 days I've been plagued with a pulsating feeling of numbness/dizziness through my entire body (from my head to tips of fingers/toes) that occur up to 20 times a minute when it's at it's worst. each 'spell' lasts from 1-5 seconds, and can occur right after each other. my eyes go out of focus and my hearing changes (like I'm in a bubble). this happens when I'm sitting, lying down, standing, walking, etc - basically, not just when I stand up quickly. it's happening so often that I'm almost unable to function on the daily, and it's come on so suddenly that I'm a little bit frightened to be honest. I've never experienced something like this before. I stay hydrated and eat plenty throughout the day. I do have mental health issues, mainly depression and anxiety, but I don't feel like this is connected.

I hope some of you could help me figure out what this is and how I can make it go away (preferably forever).
