hi all, does anyone have pulsating pounding like your hearing your heart beat? ive had 3 small vessell strokes and maybe coming from that. any input would be appreciated. thanks, CHRIS

I have Meanieres disease and just started that swoosh sound and hearing heartbeats I do have a small ruptured in my ear drum so I thought the clogged ear and swooshing and hearing heartbeats was from that . I am having lots of anxiety with this just feel out of body.

HI, i have small brain vessel disease and have had 3 strokes that put me in hospital for weeks as i couldn t move my leg. along with rehab facility i ca walk but with a limp and cane. i also have menieres and hearing loss . now on top of all that really bad sweaty, clammy feelings. had heart checked, throid checked but they are fine so its coming down to the darn strokes. More testing in december but my guess is its all from strokes. anyway, watch your blood pressure and anxiety its a killer! take care, CHRIS

Yes I have Meniers and a continual pulsating in the ear that is deaf, through Meniers.
It can be very off putting especially at night. My GP said initially it could be high blood pressure but that is under control.
Meniers rules our lives!

chris sorry to hear about your issue. i had this a few years ago during a major episode. i went on an elimination diet, took betahistine and my dieuretic. havent had any issues since. been weaning off of meds replacing with raw garlic cloves am and pm. have you gone on a low sodium diet?
