Pulsating ear polyp - any ideas

Nearly 4 months into this ear infection with no signs of it clearing up.

Went back to ENT casualty clinic today and the consultant was so shocked by how bad it is that he called 2 other consultants over to look at it.

My case is now very serious. I have infection spewing out of my ear and pushing deeper into the air sacks, so pinching my nose and blowing does absolutely nothing. I've had the infection suctioned out 6 times, cortorised 2 times and yet it's still bad.

I also have a perforated eardrum and a polyp which is pulsating.

The surgery will now be expedited and the CT scan also, as there's clearly a lot of concern now.

I have a lot of medical knowladge (nearly completed my medical degree) but I've never heard of a pulsating ear polyp before. Anyone know?
