Pulsating feeling in lower gums ( feeling of pressure )

Posted , 3 users are following.

Hi all !

Im 6 months postpartum and been experiencing a feeling of extreme pressure in my lower jaw / gums thats sometimes felt on the lower left gums , sometimes the middle and sometimes on the right bottom gums . It feels like a pulsating feeling(throbbing) at times almost i can feel my heart beating in my gums . Also the affected area feels really tight and pressured . I have been to the dentist multiple times he did an xray and found no infection....gave me an antibiotic (just in case ) and recommended a wisdom tooth extraction . I got that done but no change in my symptoms ( Got relief for 3 weeks after but i think it was because of the strong painkillers ) ...Also im suffering from hyperthyroidism recently diagnosed ( post partum thyroiditis ) ..... Could this be the reason behind the pain ? Im seriously at my wits end as im not getting an answer to my symptoms ... Anyone dealing with something similar ? Please help !!
