Ive had a bout of this that went on for about an hour, I could feel pulsating and could hear it in time with my heartbeat. Ive had it before since being in peri (this is my 7th lovely year) but not for a while. CAn anyone relate?

I noticed this the other day when lying down. (I'm in my 3rd year of perimenopause and recently noticed weird feelings in my ears.)

No im afraid not, iv mentioned it at ENT appointment when i went about sinus problems iv also mentioned it to two different GPs but no ones taken it seriously or taken it any further.

it does scare me at times when it gets so loud

My fear is that it has to do with high blood pressure. While my BP was fine last time it was checked its been about 3 years now.

i have low blood pressure so iv never related it to high.

i do think its worse when iv has a stressful day or im anxious.

try not to get yourself worried about it .

sending you a comforting hug x
