Ok so im staying on my own for the first night without my boyfriend due to us arguing alot, so he wanted space, im not used to being on my own. My dad was doing his blood pressure with a machine and i was like oh do mine! My blood pressure was perfect but my pulse rate was 102 then 99? someone tell me thats okay? i didnt feel anxious or stressed much at the time and i had just drank some coffee. Now I feel like my arm and hands are going numb like over thinking it and when i try to sleep i just get paranoid my heart is beating too fast. I googled it and they said 13-19 it can be around 40-90 beats per minute, but i suppose everyone varies. can somebody reassure me? x

Your pulse is fine. Anxiety can easily bump it up.dont even think about it.sorry about you and your boyfriend fighting. Hope everything goes well.

Normal is 60 to 100. Add anxiety, stress from arguing and coffee and I wouldn't worry. When I'm sick my heartrate is 112 every single time. Lay down in a quiet room and relax. And maybe lay off the coffee tonight cuz caffeine won't help the panic attack.

every on has a different heart rate my love depending on age and fitness, they say  around 60- 68 but that is just a guide lime. you may not feel as if you were stressed but having your argument may have inadvertly raised your pulse, also coffee is full of caffine and a stimulant. I used to be a big coffee drinker but now I limit it to a cup and a half in the mornings. I have to watch what I drink as well as I cant drink to much coffee fizzy drinks or these energy drinks as it shoots my pulse up and gives me palpatations.i hope this has helped in some way
