Pundendal nerve damage

Hi all... hope this is in the right place. I'm having nerve block in 2 weeks to check out my Pundendal nerve... I've never had pain like this... it's unrelenting - it's also exacerbating the osteoarthritis pain & causing sciatic pain... Can the Pundendal nerve do that?? I can't sit for more than 15-20 mins before the rectal pain starts, I can't stand as the sciatica kicks in and my back goes numb, the only relief is laying flat. No fun at all. Can those of you who have been diagnosed with Pundendal nerve damage please post all your symptoms - many thanks x
