Purple Corona leading into Glans on my Penis. Also have irritation of the meatus.

Hello! this is embarrassing but figured why not?!!! A little over two weeks ago I noticed my meatus right underneath my pee hole was red and swollen. I bought an at home urinary tract infection test and it tested positive...3 times! so I went to urgent care and did a urinalysis test which came back negative. I figured maybe it was irritation. I am currently not sexually active and am away from my girlfriend. It didn't go away, but does look a tad bit better. 4 days ago I noticed my corona turning purple almost as if it is bruised, and leads up about a 1/4 of the way up my glans and as it wraps around to the back of my head turns a blueish/grey color. This terrified me. When I would pee or ejaculate, it felt as if my pee/semen wasn't coming out as easy as it should. I was urged to go to the ER by a VA health nurse. I went and they performed an ultrasound on my penis and testicles. My penis is completely healthy and there are no problems with veins, blood flow, blood clots, or any structural damage. I did have a small amount of blood in my urine which isn't visible to the eye and the Doc said that is most likely due to irritation. They did find a very small and very common fluid filled cyst on my testicle but I highly doubt that has any connection. My glucose levels were at 118 which according to the chart is both normal and pre-diabetic lol so idk if thats a possible connection because I do have family history with diabetes. I thought maybe it was bruising from going ham on the Lil dude but it ONLY happens when I stand up and mainly when it's not only flaccid but shriveled lol. My urinalysis also came back negative fir any kind of infection. The Doc also said I'm too young to have rectal problems. To be on the safe side, they are screening for STDs but I have not been sexually active so I'm almost positive those will be negative. I bet I am forgetting something lol, but the embarrassing part is the pictures which I will attach. The first one will be the irritation of the peehole, the next few will be the discoloration of my tip, then the picture I took in March displaying a little purple color! Also will post one of what my penis normally looks like my penis varies in size as does other mens..it'll shrivel then go to its natural normal size so idk if that is the reason due to possible blood flow??. I GREATLY appreciate any help, advice, or tips
