I'm a 37 year old male and 10 st in weight and 5ft 7 .
in the last two or three months I have noticed a dark purple line in between my buttock sometimes it is a little itching at the top near the base of my spine.
any ideas what it is jock itch, stretch marks?

i have this as well, but worse. from googling, i believe it is inverse psorasis, or possibly intertrigo . i meet with a dr next week and i can update you on what he says! i have used vaseline on it, it helps the itching.
