purple/red dots on penis after sex

Seen these spots very shortly after rough unprotected sex. Doesn't feel different but I'm not sure if its bruising or something different.

Seems to be normal wear in tear. During sex some times small capillaries do tear and usually cause your penis to look a bit flushed or red after, this is normal. Now since you mentioned rough sex, it would make sense for your penis to look that way. I know rough sex can be fun, but you can actually cause more damage or even break the penis. Take it easy and be smarter next time and wear protection.
