Purple/Red line in buttcrack but not itchy?

I recently discovered this purple/red line going from my anus opening to the top of my buttcrack. I'll mention beforehand that I am not and have not been sexually active, I don't know if I sweat a lot there and that it is not itchy or sore to touch. I'm someone with health anxiety so have been going crazy with it since I discovered it last night. It's super embarrassing to go the doctors about it although after hopefully getting some insight I know i may have to. In some lights it looks more purple and in some it looks more red. I'm keeping an eye on it and haven't noticed any pus or leakage of fluid and did apply a general moisturiser last night as it was a little cracked and dry. I do have unknown bowel issues anyway for as long as I can remember so go the toilet quite often and thought that maybe it is just dry from wiping or such. The thing that worries me as that the line seems quite purple in some lights. I am someone who is overweight also so maybe it is just the folding. I do also have butt pimples/ bumpy skin on my butt cheeks. And don't lecture me about weight, I struggle with an eating disorder and am trying to help myself anyway.

Any advice or suggestions would be helpful thank you.

I'll insert a picture so warning for that. I had just applied some cream. And yes I have had that dimple at the top forever as well so I don't think it will be a cyst and it has never caused me any problems from what I know imageimage

That purply line is quite common in lots of people and nothing to be worried about. It may be connected to your sacral dimple which was formed before you were born. If you have no pain or irritation there is nothing wrong. Dont worry.
