24 yrs old and only in the past couple days has this shown up, first it started as a round welt then today it’s turned purple and about the size of a 50c coin, it doesn’t hurt and itches sometimes, I’m putting some cream on it that only seems to take away the redness a little bit, I’m baffled as to what it is
