I had this on my armpit area and chest for a couple of weeks or more. I just assumed it was where i scratched, but i didn't remember scratching. So many different and odd things went on for over a year i just accepted that it was the ebv. It was! It seemed like a new issue popped up every month or so. This is a complex virus that attacks the entire body and mind. The only thing you can do is let it run its course. Try to stay calm. If you overreact to every symptom it will take longer to get over them. Use over the counter meds, meditation(you tube has some good ones by Thomas Hall), and eat/drink well with multivitamins. You will get through this and be ok cj
