i too get the judders and feel like i need to stretch out my whole body, what did the doctor say about being on sertraline whilst your pregnant as i'm on 150mg and trying for my first, the thought of going through pregnancy without it scares me to do death.  i have depression and anxiety and cannot function properly unmedicated. have you got any advice for me?? i want to stay on the meds as long as i can through it because a stressed me means a stressed baby and i don't want that!! i'm surprised your doctors has switched u onto another med but they say sertraline is the safest one for when you're expecting.  it takes about 6-8 weeks for the medication to settle into your system, it's normal for your anxiety to go either up or through the roof for a couple of weeks, then it should start to settle and also the lack of appetite and the sweats is normal too, i know it's hard especially in your situation but try and stick with it, i try my best to take my mind off it instead of focussing on how i'm feeling day to day, i'm constantly on the internet researching things and browsing all sorts just to keep my mind active, postitive you, postive baby :-) take care and let us know how you're doing and keep posting on here, it really helps :-)

Thank you for replying yes I will keep posting on here it's great to hear everyone's story's. I was on citalopram and would of stayed on all through but as sertraline is safer to breastfeed and to be on also he put me on that YES you definitely can be on sertraline in your pregnancy it's just baffled me why the hell start me on it 4 weeks before I'm due when they should of put me on sooner knowing I wanted to beastfeed it took 12 days to wean off so if it take 6-8 weeks to get in system I'm dreading how I feel in 2 weeks while I'm going to deliver 😢 a lot of people have said it may just take 2 weeks so I'm praying how is your sleep I'm wide awake all night last night but I did eat an orange hopefully I get sleep tonight 😴😴😴 x thank you again x
