if you are in anxious person, try to relax your mind as much as possible such as meditations for anxiety on YouTube, doing simple things that make you feel good and happy, don’t take life too seriously, learn how to breathe properly with anxiety which really can relax you and your symptoms. Go to YouTube and search for mindfulness breathing guided meditation 10 minutes. Very helpful!

Hi PVC!
Yes, I had those same symptoms. My heart seemed to stop and then pounded so hard that the noise woke my husband. LOL!
This was just after I had my 1st baby and I was worried about my skills as a mom and about my baby's constant ear infections, viruses, etc.. I was having a hormonal drop too.
I had a series of tests with a cardiologist. Nothing wrong with my heart!! He gave me a prescription for something to calm my anxiety. I took it briefly but stopped. It made me so sleepy that I had more anxiety about being drugged while taking care of my baby. LOL! And then, my crazy heart went back to normal. That was 44 years ago and I have had routine tests on my heart since then. I have good heart health.
My point, if I have to have one, is nerves can have a powerful effect on organs, digestion, body odor, vision, speech, concentration......My nervous system is wacko. It's too sensitive. And it takes me to depression. I take something for that. I believe in
medical science 1st.
I've also found that a healthy diet, supplements as needed, simple exercise (like walking) and not too much news works.
If you have insurance, ask your PC Doc to have blood tests run to find out what vitamins & minerals you may be too high or low on and to see how your thyroid & parathyroid are doing. Vitamin D is so hard to find in food and it mostly comes from being out in the sun. Unless you live in a sunny area and spend you life outdoors, you are probably low on D. Lack go D causes so many many problems including depression. But there may be other deficiencies hurting you too.
Please see a doc about your heart too. You may have a heart issue after all. Sometimes those of us with anxiety find it embarrassing to see a doc because we think it may be "in our heads" when it's real. I've done that and it turned out to be a real gallbladder infection. LOL!
I wish you the best. People with anxiety & depression who accept it and control it are fun to be around.
