Ok my question is how many of you experience PVCs with your anxiety? Do you get them often? And are some days worse than others?

Yes and there awful!! I get them when I'm thinking about it and even if I'm just getting on with daily chores, it really scares me but apparently there nothing to be concerned about so we just have to find a way of dealing with them rolleyes how do yours feel?

It's adrenaline your heart fires signals and that's what we feel it's a beat then another before the heart settles again and that's why it feels like there's a pause inbetween. I had tachycardia because I was anaemic and since then get pvcs sad just want to be normal again if I no what normal is lol x

My first anxiety and panic started with low potassium then I went to the er with a heart rate of 190. It scared the crap out of me. But when they done the ECG he said it's normal but fast. Like on a daily basis I am scared that my heart is going to just do that out of the blue.

yes loads of them!!! they are horrible and take over your life. My advice, get them checked out and listen and believ what the speciualist tells you. Then TRY to get on with life although its tough each time they kick in.
