PVCs, chest tightness, heart rate jumping up and down, breathlessness, cough - so far 3 months

so i have read a lot of the posts about PVCs but none mention the other symptoms im having. I get loads of PVCs each day, but i also get a variable heart rate, although still sinus rhythm, chest pain/tightness which makes me breathless and cough.

I have so far had a GP surgery ecg which showed the varying heart rate but no PVCs in those 3 minutes (typical). They requested an URGENT 24hr holter but its almost 2 weeks since the request and im still waiting so its obviously not that urgent lol

GP mentioned probably will have to have beta blockers. She said my heart rate was perfectly in time but jumping from 60bpm to 80bpm and back again for no apparent reason.

I just wanted to post here to see if anyone else is having the same symptoms with the PVCs?
