PVCS in the right side of the chest?

I'm not sure what's going on in my chest, but a lot of the palpitations I feel are in the right side, specifically in the area below my armpit. I often feel discomfort in that area and they seem to be triggered by my arm position and posture.

I also feel random flare ups of chest discomfort and tightness in the sternum area of my chest, which also seem to trigger pvcs.

Does anyone know what the underlying cause of these symptoms can be? Is it inflammation?
