PVCs when to visit Emergency Room

Hey Guys,

I, like so many of you, have non-stop constant PVCs. I am 28 years old (female) very active and healthy and this stated about a year ago. Within the last month they have been worsening each day. The past 5 days I feel almost every heartbeat skips. I wear a whoop (basically heart rate monitor that measures heart strains, sleep, health) and my hear rate can drop to 40bpm for up to 30 min at a time, awake and asleep, and it can climb to 130 resting. It is basically all over the place. Nothing I do helps, I feel like I can't breathe, I get light headed. Scares me half to death because my father passed away suddenly of a heart attack last year at 58 in perfect health. I have been to the doctor and they say its "benign", I recently called them to tell them that the past 5 days the PVCs have not let up and I have received no phone call back (2days ago). I am just wondering if I should go to the ER? What your experience was like in the ER. And what prompted you to go.
