Query about psoriasis

Can you get psoriasis in your joints?  So that they are very painful, stiff and its difficult to walk?  I have psoriasis on my thumb and one finger like sores, so how can it be sores on the one hand, but pain in the joints on the other and also affect your liver?  What's the crack with it?  Is it sores on the actual joints?  Do I stand a chance of getting it in my liver as well as I seem, I assume to have it on my fingers and also in my joints?

    Sorry fiona

Mad a slip on my thread,

The problems can be extensive and the medications DMARDS and -TNF can effect the immune system. You need to understand the condition is caused by an overreactive immune system, so these medications suppress the immune system

Sorry but are these websites or illnesses, if so what do they stand for and where can I find the information?

Bob, I hate to bother you again and but apart from my scabby thumb, my main symptoms are painful, stiff legs, mainly thighs, so isn't psoriasis more related to the spine? Do you think leg pains and also foot pain, often being almost too painful to walk, would that come under the heading of psoriasis or should I ask my GP to look at other possible illnesses?
