Question ?

My anxiety has got much better since these past few months, during that time I experienced bad gas pains. My question is has anyone ever experience these pains in their back and chest and how did you get rid of it. Or which medical provider I can see about it. Thanks

do you drink enough water, or have you eaten somthing that upset your tummy? Tomatoes make me feel that way, heartburn, it hurts my chest and back, gas buildup.

I don't do much tomatoe anymore, I am also a vegetarian who needs to drink more water. I drink alot of tea  and also did some tums, at this point nothing is helping me get rid of this gas in my chest.

tomato heartburn was just an example wink

I wonder if you might have Hpilory. If you are having a lot of hearburn, i would see the doc, not for pills but to find a cause. pepto and tums, ALL antacids have later consequences, stay away from that stuff.  You need the acid to help break down food in order for the nutrition to obsorb. If you get rid of acid, you are causing future medical problems. Even too much water can be problematic.

what does your daily intake look like?

Drink more water and eat fruits for fiber. Pears are good amd so are apples. constipation makes gas and lack of moving around makes gas. Also theres gas-x sold in pharmacies.
