Not sure what you mean by the acronyms you have used: MC and ACV?

Whichever, these look too muck like warts not to get them checked to be on the safe side ......

I would still get them checked by a Doctor to be sure. Should this be MC, and I am not convinced of that having looked at pictures of MC, you need to put in place safe measures such as not sharing towels with other people as they may be at risk of catching this.

Bumps like this are usually either an irritated Sebaceous glands or even simply a blocked skin pore. They are becoming infected and that is how they are forming more of a pearly shape and they can be popped.

You could certainly dab a little ACV or liquid antiseptic on these until the irritation is completely healed. The only problem with things like this is that they could be something else, and that is why I said get a doctor to check them.

Really, the most problematical things are usually caused by sexual related infections or diseases - so it depends whether you are sexually active, and if so, whether you always use condoms or not.

With something like MC for example, intimate contact is sufficient for this and they say that even contact with someone that has MC and using the same towel as then can be a source ......

Essentially, I would treat these as regular genital region bumps, treat them with liquid antiseptic (I have no experience of ACV) dab a little on each bump 3 or 4 times a day, after 3 or 4 days they should begin to subside. Apply 1 or 2 times a day until they are completely healed.

If they simply refuse to heal then you have something else going on ......

I am unaware of the properties of TTO, so I cannot comment on that - I have only ever used liquid antiseptic ("TCP" is the UK Brand).
