Ok so I hope I don't sound crazy when asking this question but I do need an answer if anyone can help me. On 12/19 I was diagnosed with both HSV 1 & 2. I'm currently experiencing an outbreak on my genitals but not on my mouth. Even though I don't have anything on my mouth can it still be transmitted by mouth? I'm asking because I honestly don't know and I have two kids and a husband. I've been obsessing over every little thing ever since I found out. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My kids are 4 and 9 months so I've been being extra careful since I found out. I'm so used to kissing on them and playing with them and I'm just scared. Still trying to soak this all in as it's only been 2 days since I've found out.

I completely understand. I would never wish this upon anyone. It scares me with my 1 year old bc I'm always have to change her dialer and wipe her off.

Same here, I wash my hands so much but I still get the feeling like it just isn't enough. If this were to happen to one of my kids I'd die.
