Does anyone know the difference between spondylitis and spondylosis please? Thanks

    Spondylitis is general wear and tear of the joint etc

    Spondylosis is when there is bulgeing or herniated discs multi level

    Disc disease etc

    Anything ending in 'itis' (Spondylitis)  refers to soft tissue inflammation only.  Anything ending in 'osis' (Spondylosis) refers to bone issues only (degeneration etc).
