I do seem to have more energy at night. I do not know about feeling better at night but it does make me not sleep good because i have more energy. I know i feel bad in the morning maybe i just get used to it through the day.

Hi Keith,
I was down with ebv last year June/July. For the first 2 or 3 months I experienced what you are experiencing now. After that I gardually, almost imperceivably improved over the last few months. My turning point happened in January. I slowly started to add exercise to my routine. First I did 20 minutes of interval running 3 days a week. Now I am almost back to my normal life. I work fulltime and go out for shopping/travel ride bike 6-8 km a day etc. I really did not believe I would come to this stage during my sickest period. Things that helped me are SUN exposure and daily vit C and B12. To all those who are suffering, PLEASE BE OPTIMISTIC, YOU WILL SURELY RECOVER.

Hey r20213,
It is really good to see a post from you! I am SO pleased to hear that you are doing much better and that things have been improving and you are back to work and exercise again - this is tremendous news and just continue to look after yourself and you will get even stronger and better as time goes on - that was my experience for sure once I'd seen a breakthrough thanks to God.
Definitely your story can give hope and encouragement to a lot of people - do keep in touch and so pleased to hear things have improved.

Hey Keith,
Most definitely I think it can be normal when going through this thing for people to have a 'better' and 'not so good' spell of the day, everyone is different but it can normal to feel very tired and lethargic during the day, I found mornings and daytimes very difficult when going through the virus and sometimes was a bit more settled at night just relieved to be through another day. Sweating definitely can be a common symptom too, I think the low grade fever definitely can cause that, just hoping everything settles soon and for a period of stability and recovery and breakthrough ahead.
It's so hard I know Keith, just hang in there and remember this thing doesn't last forever and you WILL get better and that your health and body resilience DOES return with time - truly it does Keith and that's coming from me as someone who was so down and discouraged with this thing going on for so long, and just grateful to God only for having mercy and bringing healing and recovery into my life.
