It took me less than a week for my anxiety attacks to completely disappear once I started taking 50mg of zoloft every night and helps me sleep well at night too 💯

Hi sam, I would give it another couple of weeks at least before deciding if you need to increase. Everyone has different experiences on this kind of medication and just because you are still having attacks does not necessarily mean they are not working for you. Have you seen any improvement in your symptoms at all? 4 weeks is still fairly early so try not to get too negative about the effectiveness of the dose, I am sure it will work out ok, just a matter of time and patience

      Hi Sue,

thanks for your advice, just what i needed to hear. i am due to go back to my dr in two weeks. bit i dod seem to be having improvements - there are windows in the days or evenings where i feel good and its jsut i fleeting feeling that i am getting so i guess it may like you said just be leveling out and take time to adjust.

i am really learning form all this to be very very patinent and appreciate the small steps formward so i am truly grateful for this and the support from people like yourself.. xox

No problem Sam, there is lots of support on here when you need it, if you are having windows of feeling ok then that means you are doing great after only 4 weeks, those windows will get longer as time goes on, I found evenings were best and mornings bad, baby steps and you will get there.
